Devils Take Revenge in Game 2

With Matt Anderson providing more strength to the line up at SS, Hinsdale bounced back well in game 2 of this double header.  The man Anderson replaced at SS, Ryan Daspin pitched beautifully through 5 innings giving up only 3 runs.

Hinsdale jumped to an early 3-0 lead in the first thanks to 2 RBI’s off the bat of second baseman Sean Houlihan and John Olson, who scored while John Spacapan distracted the OPRF defense in a run down.

Anderson homered for Hinsdale in the third but the game was really put out of OPRF’s reach in the sixth inning, the highlights of which were 2 RBI’s from Spacapan, an Anderson double and another RBI from Houlihan.

Matt Anderson relieved Daspin in the sixth and pitched out the rest of the game.
