Devils Put Trojans to the Sword

After narrowly losing the first game, Hinsdale responded very well in the second.  Spacapan led off with a triple for the Devils and Daspin knocked in 2 RBI’s in the top of the first.  In the second Houlihan singled and Spacapan knocked him in for a 4-0 lead.  In the meantime, John Spacapan was having another strong performance on the mound for Hinsdale, giving the Trojans no chance to respond. 

The Trojans defense began to fall apart and after Houlihan, Zarcone and Bobo hit well for the Devils in the fourth, the game was all but over.  Special mention should go to Phil Zarcone(CF) and Pat Foley(C) who had excellent defensive games once again.
