Web site photos
A professional photographer will be taking photos of each player and team on the varsity field within the first few weeks of the season opening. Team photographers will need to be at this photo session to take duplicate photos to be forwarded to the web site.
Photos are also taken during the season for posting on the web site for the home page and game summaries for everyone's enjoyment. It is recommended that each team have several photographers and rotate game duties so that each game is covered.
Baseball Program Fundraising
The sales of photos during the year raise funds for the Baseball Club. Photo purchases are managed through an online service called SmugMug. One team photographer will need to be assigned as manager of funds raised for this service.
